Absolutely amazing, tidy place, worth its 3 stars. It boasts magnificent and perfectly comfortable location close to the actual water park, and the restaurants for breakfast. There is Subway serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay for a great family vacation, glad I've chosen it. The hotel location was best possible and ideal right on the river. There was dessert restaurant Rhea's Ice Cream, that I found within 20 minutes' walk of the venue.

Over the years, we have stayed in several different areas of the resort, from a small area of the park to the original water park. The rooms have been clean and well-kept, and the bathrooms have always been in good condition. The staff have always provided friendly and helpful service, and we've been impressed with the variety of facilities available at the resort. Additionally, we've enjoyed the view from our rooms, whether it's overlooking the water park or the beautiful sunrise.
One negative aspect we noticed was the outdated living room furniture in the condos.
